Fire & Security Service Field Engineer

Fire & Security Role: Are you a Fire & Security Service Engineer working with integrated fire and security systems? A basic salary of £38k-£48k, depending on experience. ~ Paid overtime, with all overtime paid. ~ Callout standby at £150 per week on a 1 in 4 rota. ~ Company vehicle with private use included. ~ Private healthcare covering you and your dependants. ~33 days total holiday, made up of 24 days, 8 statutory days and your birthday. ~ Virtual GP service with 24/7 on-demand access. ~ Mental health support, including counselling and wellbeing support. ~ Quarterly CPD, with 1 day per quarter linked to performance reviews. ~ Training and development with a company that genuinely cares about its engineers. Proven field experience in service engineering, with 5 years minimum fire and security systems experience preferred. Experience servicing and maintaining integrated fire and security systems across commercial, retail and luxury residential sites. The ability to read technical diagrams and manuals confidently. Experience with remote monitoring platforms and software tools would be desirable. Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points. Health and safety records. ECS or CSCS card. Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check. This is a Fire & Security Service Engineer role based in London, working for a forward-thinking, growing company that truly cares about its engineers. You will be servicing and maintaining integrated fire and security systems across commercial, retail and luxury residential sites, while owning your diary for PPM visits. Day to day, you will be diagnosing and resolving complex faults, carrying out regular system performance checks and optimisations, and completing accurate service reports and compliance documentation.
