We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow our domiciliary homecare service in Chesterfield.

This is a small service, currently delivering under 1,000 hours a week.

We want someone to come in, strengthen the foundations and grow it.

What you'll have behind you Centralised HR, payroll, quality and marketing teams An in-house recruitment function with zero agency use, to help you staff the growth Ongoing training and development through Routes Academy Regular access to senior leadership — your voice matters here Digital care plans and dedicated IT support from day one What the role involves You'll lead day-to-day homecare operations in Chesterfield and drive the growth of the service.

That means developing and coaching your team, managing budgets and service performance, and maintaining CQC compliance. xwzovoh

You'll build strong relationships with commissioners, service users, families and the local community to win new packages and increase hours.

You'll have the backing of a larger organisation while you do it.

What we need from you Proven Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care Good working knowledge of CQC regulations and standards NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Experience growing a service, such as increasing hours, winning packages or building commissioner relationships Commercial awareness — you'll own budgets and performance Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and genuinely invested in the people you support What you'll get Salary £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays plus your birthday off Buy and sell holiday scheme Pension scheme Employee Assistance Programme If you're an experienced domiciliary manager ready to take a small service and grow it with real support behind you, we'd like to hear from you.
