About the role:
We're looking for an exceptional Lettings Manager to lead a high-performing frontline service. This is a role for a confident and resilient leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the complexities of social housing specifically in relation to the delivery of an allocation and lettings service as well as having the energy and determination to drive performance whilst bringing people with them.
Reporting to the Head of Housing Management and Estates you'll lead the operational delivery of lettings and allocations across our portfolio in partnership with Lewisham Council, ensuring homes are allocated quickly, fairly and effectively. A major focus of the role will be reducing void turnaround times, maximising income and ensuring properties are let as soon as they become available, helping residents access safe and secure housing.
You'll be responsible for managing a small team of Lettings officers, setting clear expectations, holding people accountable, and creating a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service.
Success in this position requires someone who is organised, is responsive and has the ability communicate with staff, residents, and stakeholders in a positive manner.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about providing a great service to our residents. You must be experienced in dealing with allocation processes and a comprehensive lettings service and comfortable with leading a small team to maintain high standards.
