Lecturer in Agriculture (Livestock)

Reed Further Education is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lecturer in Agriculture (Livestock) to join a thriving education setting in Ipswich on a full-time, temporary basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support learners studying Agriculture and Livestock programmes at Level 3 and above, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the industry.

The Role

• Deliver engaging Agriculture (Livestock) lessons to Level 3 learners and above
• Plan, prepare and assess high-quality learning programmes
• Support learner progress and achievement
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to course development
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 35 hours per week

Contract

• Temporary position with the potential to become permanent
• £25-35 per hour including holiday pay

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and industry experience within Agriculture and/or Livestock
• Experience teaching or training learners at Level 3 or above
• Strong communication and organisational skills
