Head of Maths (Fixed Term - Maternity Cover) Redfield, Bristol (BS5) Full-time | Fixed Term until 31 August 2027 Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 (M1-UPS3) + TLR 1B (£12,521) Start date: ASAP Monarch Education is proud to be working in partnership with a thriving multi-academy trust school in Redfield (BS5) to recruit an inspiring and driven Head of Maths to cover maternity leave until 31 August 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a committed Maths department within an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school that is built on a strong culture of honesty, collaboration and team spirit. The Role As Head of Maths, you will provide strategic leadership for the department, ensuring high-quality teaching and strong outcomes for students across all key stages. You will play a central role in shaping the curriculum, supporting staff development, and driving continuous improvement.
