Head of Maths (Fixed Term - Maternity Cover) Redfield, Bristol (BS5) Full-time | Fixed Term until 31 August 2027 Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 (M1-UPS3) + TLR 1B (£12,521) Start date: ASAP Monarch Education is proud to be working in partnership with a thriving multi-academy trust school in Redfield (BS5) to recruit an inspiring and driven Head of Maths to cover maternity leave until 31 August 2027. The Role As Head of Maths, you will provide strategic leadership for the department, ensuring high-quality teaching and strong outcomes for students across all key stages. You will play a central role in shaping the curriculum, supporting staff development, and driving continuous improvement.
