Your Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, foster a collaborative and innovative environment, set clear goals, evaluate performance, and recruit and onboard team members.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align marketing strategies with sales, product development, and other teams to support business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, website, etc.).
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives; conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Flexible. Monday - Friday in-office (London, next to Victoria Station); remote work is not offered.
