Residential Senior Support Workers required for Children's Homes in West Midlands

We have several Organisations across West Midlands searching for Senior Support Workers

They all encourage and will provide opportunities for training and progression.

Shift swill normal be 2 on 4 off including some weekends however flexibility is necessary.

Are you a good communicator, passionate about supporting children 8 to 18 years olds with EBD ,challenging behaviours and complex care?

Do you have experience leading and supervising staff? Do you have Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People?

Senior Support Workers £14.50-£15.50 per hour depending on experience and Organisation

You will be expected to sleep in after some of your shifts at an extra £50-£70 depending on the Organisation
