Together, we help organisations accelerate the journey from innovation to patient access - anticipating challenges, reducing barriers and ensuring that life-changing treatments reach the people who need them most.The roleAs a Senior Account Executive, you will play a central role in delivering client programmes across both our UK and International policy practices. This is a pivotal position within our teams, combining hands-on delivery with increasing responsibility for client account management, business development, project coordination and mentoring junior colleagues.You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, including pharmaceutical companies, global health organisations, charities and multilateral institutions. Your work may include advising on reforms to the NHS, delivering global advocacy campaigns or coordinating international events at the World Health Assembly – no two days are the same.You will be expected to take ownership of key pieces of work, respond to client requirements, ensure high-quality outputs, and contribute to the smooth running and growth of client accounts.Key responsibilities  #LI-GKClient delivery & account managementTake ownership of key workstreams within client accounts, ensuring delivery is high quality, on time and aligned with client objectives and agreed account prioritiesDraft and review a range of client materials, including briefings, reports, stakeholder maps and communications outputsBuild effective working relationships with clients, supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts and responding to client requirementsPolicy insight & strategic supportMonitor and analyse UK and global policy, political, market and stakeholder developments, using research and insight to identify implications for clientsTranslate complex policy information into clear, actionable insights and recommendationsSupport the development of policy and public affairs strategies, including messaging and stakeholder engagement plansProject coordination & team supportCoordinate project timelines and activities, ensuring tasks are delivered efficiently across the team and in line with agreed account prioritiesSupport the organisation of meetings, events and stakeholder engagement activitiesBusiness development & account growthContribute to new business and account growth activity, including market and sector research, insight generation and proposal draftingIdentify opportunities for organic account growth, support account development plans and assist senior colleagues in developing proposals and presentationsPrepare clear reports and recommendations for clients and senior colleagues on account priorities, business development opportunities and policy issuesCommercial, team & market contributionContribute to internal initiatives, including knowledge sharing, DEI and wellbeing activitiesContinue to build expertise in a specific area of health policy, public affairs or a relevant client sectorKeep up to date with relevant client sectors, markets, policy developments and competitor activity, sharing useful intelligence with the teamAbout youYou will bring:Experience in healthcare policy, public affairs or communications, ideally within an agency, consultancy or relevant organisation, with exposure to client account or business development activityExperience working across UK and/or international policy environmentsStrong research, analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendationsGood project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed timescalesConfidence in working with clients and managing day-to-day account interactionsA proactive and collaborative approach, with strong attention to detailDevelopment & progressionThis role is designed as a stepping stone to Account Manager level, providing the opportunity to develop both delivery excellence and commercial and account management capability.
