Tonic are pleased to partner with our client to recruit a Sous Chef for a flagship contract set in Buckingham. This is a large operation serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and a significant hospitality programme. You will be joining a big team, working beneath a Head Chef and supporting the junior chefs in the day-to-day delivery of fresh, high-quality food. The role is a 52-week contract with genuine variety across the calendar, from everyday service through to major events, summer schools and sports hospitality. This is not an easy environment, but for the right person, it offers real structure, strong L&D investment and a clear route upward within a growing company. xwzovoh What are we looking for from Sous Chef candidates? Sous Chef experience, ideally from 4/5 star hotels, stadia/events and/or quality contract catering background
Able to manage a section and support brigade leadership in a structured, high-volume kitchen
Comfortable with varied service periods and event hospitality alongside daily covers
Committed to fresh food, consistent standards and kitchen discipline
A team player who takes pride in developing junior members of the brigade
Full UK driving licence required
