Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and organised individual who is passionate about bringing innovative products to market and managing projects from concept through to commercial launch. We are partnering with a well-established and growing FMCG business to recruit an experienced Project Manager working near Camberley.  The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating new product development projects, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient development process. Project Mananger Key Responsibilities: Manage new product development projects from approved concept and costing stage through to launch and first production order Act as the central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, packaging, operations, procurement, and commercial departments Monitor project timelines, critical paths, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion Ensure all products meet customer expectations, quality standards, and commercial objectives Support costing, budget management, and margin considerations throughout development Identify and resolve project challenges proactively while managing multiple priorities effectively Facilitate smooth handover of completed projects to the Account Management team with accurate documentation and communication Keep up to date with FMCG market trends, competitor activity, and emerging innovations to support future product opportunitiesAbout You Proven experience in project management within FMCG, manufacturing, or product development environments Demonstrated success managing projects from concept to launch Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Commercial awareness with experience supporting budgets, costings, and profitability targets Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passionate about product innovation and delivering successful market launchesWhat’s on Offer Opportunity to join a successful and growing FMCG business Collaborative and fast-paced working environment Career development and progression opportunities Competitive salary and benefits packageIf you are an experienced professional looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you
