Job Description

• Collaborate with a high-performing design team on a major, complex mixed-use project.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of design concepts across RIBA Stages 0–3.
• Explore and develop multiple design iterations across mixed-use architecture, urban design and associated public realm.
• Test ideas through feasibility studies, concept sketches and early-stage design development.
• Produce compelling design and presentation material to clearly communicate concepts internally and externally.
• Contribute to the preparation of Design and Access Statements and wider planning documentation. xwzovoh

Key Skills

• Previous competition-stage experience is highly desirable
• Strong proficiency in Revit and / or Rhino is essential
• Experience across transport, urban design, masterplanning, or other large-scale complex projects preferred
• Excellent design and graphical ability demonstrated through portfolio
• Must be available at short notice / within 2 weeks
