Hours: 11:30 - 16:30 Monday - Friday

About the Role:

Our client, a well-established contractor operating within the social housing sector, is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Cleaner to work across social housing properties in Liverpool, UK. This is a temporary opportunity offering consistent weekday hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Cleaning communal areas including stairwells, corridors, entrance halls, lifts and walkways.
• Carrying out cleans within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Completing sparkle cleans following repair, refurbishment and construction works.
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and welfare facilities to a high standard.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting designated areas.
• Sanitising high-touch surfaces and communal facilities.
• Removing rubbish and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly.
• Replenishing cleaning consumables where required.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damages or health and safety concerns.
