About the role
Abimatic Care Ltd is looking for compassionate, reliable and experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our growing team.

We provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, supporting them to remain safe, comfortable and as independent as possible.
The Role As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will provide care and support tailored to each individual's needs. Depending on the care package and your assessed competencies, your responsibilities may include:
Personal care and maintaining dignity
Moving and handling, including the use of hoists and other equipment
Medication support and administration
PEG feeding and PEG care
NIV/BiPAP support
Cough assist and suctioning
Catheter and continence care
Monitoring and recording observations
Supporting individuals with mobility and repositioning
Meal preparation and fluid support
Providing companionship and emotional support
Completing accurate care records
Recognising and reporting changes in a person's health or wellbeing
Working closely with families and other healthcare professionals
Full training and competency assessments will be provided where required.
What We Are Looking For We are looking for people who are:
Compassionate, patient and respectful
Reliable and committed to providing high-quality care
Able to communicate effectively with clients, families and colleagues
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a care team
Able to follow individual care plans and risk assessments
Willing to undertake relevant training and competency assessments
Flexible to work a range of shifts where required
Previous experience in health or social care is desirable, particularly experience supporting people with complex healthcare needs.
Driving A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is highly desirable , due to the nature and location of our community-based care packages.
