Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner Looking for a fresh opportunity with a friendly, well-established Yorkshire firm?

A well established Yorkshire practice is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Leeds office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team where quality of work, client care and work-life balance are genuinely valued.

You'll manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters (desirable but not essential)

The firm is looking for someone who can work independently while delivering an exceptional service to clients and estate agent contacts alike.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
