Passivhaus, OCDEA, IESVE, ECP and SAP: if that list reads like a shorthand only a genuine sustainability specialist would recognise, this role is aimed squarely at you.This is an established building services and sustainability consultancy working from the Cambridge area, delivering energy and sustainability strategy across a range of construction projects for a long standing client base.A lot of Senior sustainability consultants end up in roles that want the qualifications on paper but rarely let them do the deep technical modelling work those qualifications are actually for. This role is the opposite: you will be expected to use your Passivhaus and dynamic thermal modelling experience directly, running IESVE analysis, producing Energy and Carbon Plan assessments and SAP calculations that genuinely shape how a building is designed, not just retrofitted to meet a checklist after the fact.It suits someone who already holds this specialist skill set and wants a consultancy that treats sustainability as core design input rather than a compliance afterthought bolted on at the end of a project.
