THE ROLE

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be a key driver of performance, culture, and consistency not just in one store, but across the wider East London area when needed.

WHAT WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FOR

This isn't an entry-level step - we're building strength.

We're looking for individuals who are:

Proven at Assistant Manager levelExperienced in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality or QSR.Comfortable owning standards, performance, and resultsCommercially switched on and people-focusedAdaptable and confident working across multiple sites

Most importantly you're someone who's thinking ahead. Someone who wants to grow into a General Manager role and is ready to start building that capability now.
