Bid Manager – We're Hiring! 🚨📍 Stockport 💷 £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience We're looking for an experienced Bid Manager with a proven track record of winning tenders to join a growing engineering business. You'll own the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity and bid/no-bid through to submission, leading the development of compelling technical and commercial proposals. What we're looking for ✔ Proven bid management and tender-winning experience ✔ Strong proposal writing skills ✔ Experience managing complex tenders and formal procurement processes ✔ Framework experience would be highly desirable ✔ Ideally from an engineering, infrastructure, M&E, power, utilities or similar environment ✔ Confident managing technical, commercial and senior stakeholders ✔ Strong attention to detail, deadlines and compliance ✔ Proactive approach to improving the bid-to-win process What's on offer? ✅ £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience ✅ Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership ✅ Lead bids for major national and framework contracts ✅ Genuine career progression as the business continues to grow
