Corporate PSLSalary: ExcellentLocation: London, Leeds or ManchesterExperienced Corporate Solicitor sought by top tier commercial law firm for rewarding Professional Support Lawyer opportunity with either of their London, Leeds or Manchester Offices.THE FIRM:Firm has a top tier Corporate practice with a truly international reach.Their team advises International and UK public and private companies, FTSE 250s, Fortune 500s and financial institutions on a range of domestic and cross-boarder transactions.Based in either central London, Leeds or ManchesterTHE ROLE:This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading practice with your focus being on Private Equity or Equity Capital Markets.If you are considering stepping away from a fee-earning role, this is a fantastic way to do so whilst also continuing to add real value to the corporate offering internally and for clients.You will be required to support on business development matters and assist with client pitches from a knowledge management perspective.An important part of the role will also be to provide training, research and knowhow ensuring that the firm is at the forefront of all legal and legislative developments that may occur.THE CANDIDATE:Experienced Corporate Solicitor, with your training and experience gained at a city, national or recognised regional practice.The firm are looking to appoint either an experienced PSL, or someone with a minimum of 6PQE in Corporate who would be interested in exploring a move into a non-fee-earning role.You will have ideally gained supervisory/mentoring experience over junior lawyers.
