The Role - Executive Search Consultant
As an executive search consultant, you will work closely with experienced partners to deliver senior-level search assignments across multiple industries.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting detailed market mapping and competitor research
Identifying and engaging exceptional executive talent
Building long-term relationships with senior leaders and C-suite professionals
Managing confidential search projects from briefing through to completion
Producing market intelligence and candidate reports for clients
Developing into a trusted advisor capable of influencing hiring decisions at board level

The Ideal Candidate - Executive Search Consultant
You will thrive in this role if you:
Have a strong academic background, ideally with a degree from a reputable university
Are naturally curious and enjoy researching markets and businesses
Have outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Can confidently engage with senior stakeholders and executives
Are resilient, commercially minded and highly organised
Enjoy solving complex problems and thinking strategically
Want to work in a long-term career in executive search rather than transactional recruitment
Have previous recruitment, sales or professional services experience (beneficial but not essential, depending on level)
