Redstone Commodity Search are working with growing coffee trading house to hire a coffee trader to join their team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Execute physical coffee trading activities across Ethiopia origins.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, exporters, and customers.
• Identify commercial opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximise profitability.
• Monitor market trends, price movements, and supply and demand dynamics to support trading decisions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including logistics, finance, operations, and risk management.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Proven experience trading green coffee, with a strong focus on Ethiopia origination.
• Good understanding of coffee quality, logistics, contracts, and market fundamentals.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to work across international markets.
• Located or willing to relocate to London
