Paying up to £65k + car or car allowance


What can you expect as an employee:

  • Basic salary of £60,000 - £65,000
  • Company car or car allowance
  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Pension scheme following completion of three months' employment


The ideal candidate would have:

  • Strong experience managing a fire and security service department
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Experience managing departmental performance and profitability
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs and SLAs
  • Experience developing client relationships and increasing client spend
  • The ability to oversee and support service management teams


About the role:

A well-established fire and security business in the South West of England is seeking an experienced Head of Service to oversee the running of its service department.

You will have direct reports from the Service Desk Manager and report directly to the Operations Manager.


The role carries responsibility for the financial performance and profitability of the department, as well as overseeing KPIs and SLAs. You will also work directly with clients, helping to grow relationships, increase client spend and expand the range of services provided.
