Role Overview

Seeking an Electrical-biased Site Manager to join an active commercial fit-out project currently 3 months into programme delivery.

Youll work alongside the Project Manager, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the electrical package through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical subcontractors on site
Drive programme and ensure works remain on schedule
Oversee quality control and snagging
Coordinate electrical works with other trades
Monitor H&S compliance and site standards
Review RAMS and permits
Attend progress meetings and report into PM
Support testing, commissioning and handover.

Required Experience

Electrical Site Manager / M&E Site Manager / Senior Electrical Supervisor
Commercial fit-out or refurbishment xwzovoh experience
Strong electrical installation knowledge
Experience managing subcontractors
Ability to read drawings and manage site coordination
Fast-paced project delivery experience

Qualifications

Essential:

SMSTS
CSCS / ECS Black Card
First Aid
Desirable:

Electrical trade background
