Recruitment Consultant 📍 Poole, Dorset 💰 Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission 🕒 Full-time | Permanent About the Role You’ll be working closely with both clients and candidates, helping businesses find the right people whilst building long-term relationships across specialist industries. The role is heavily telephone-based, so confidence communicating with people and building rapport is essential. No two days are the same — from speaking with workshop staff to managers and project directors across the UK.
