Contract manager - fire protection

Job Description Job Title: Contract Manager (Passive Fire) \n Location: South East London (Will involve travel) \n Salary: Competitive + benefits \n We are pleased to be working with a leading specialist contractor in passive fire protection, delivering high-quality fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation works across a wide range of sectors including residential, healthcare, education, and commercial projects. n Duties: \n \n Full P&L responsibility of projects from receipt of order to final account stage \n Producing project site files, incorporating all relevant site documentation \n Application of project programme timescales, building the programme of works for production \n Assessment of all sub-contractor H&S documentation, including client employed contractors \n Preparation and collation of Principal Contractor H&S documentation \n External Stakeholder Management - Client site progress meetings with property team and project Interested parties, safety consultants, designers, local authority, or property tenants \n Internal Stakeholder Management - Weekly labour and production review meetings reporting to the board and preparing senior management reports for weekly client SMT updates \n Cost Management, working alongside the assigned QS, monitoring the project lifecycle cost, engaging with the buyer to achieve cost effective materials and sub-contract teams \n Scope Change Management, ensuring any additional works requested are costed, submitted for approval by the QS before being undertaken onsite \n \n Qualifications / Certs \n \n SMSTS \n CSCS \n First Aid \n Asbestos Awareness \n Passive Fire Accreditation \n \n Benefits: \n \n 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + Paid Christmas Shutdown \n Car / allowance \n 5% employer pension contribution \n Healthcare \n Training and development opportunities \n Flexible, family friendly working environment \n Team/company events and competitions \n \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
