About the role
We are currently recruiting Vehicle Inspectors to support a busy automotive operation based at Teesport, Middlesbrough. This is an excellent short-term opportunity offering competitive pay, consistent shifts, and full training.
What will I be doing as a Vehicle Inspector?
Carrying out inspections on newly imported vehicles.
Identifying and reporting vehicle damage, defects, and imperfections.
Updating vehicle software and systems (full training provided).
Recording inspection results accurately using tablets and mobile devices.
Ensuring vehicles meet quality and safety standards prior to release.What will I bring to the role?
Previous experience within the automotive industry.
Vehicle inspection or PDI experience is desirable but not essential for candidates with relevant automotive knowledge.
Confidence using tablets, mobile devices, and computer-based systems.
Good computer literacy and the ability to follow digital processes.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
A hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Reliability and commitment to completing the full project duration.What will I receive?
Competitive pay rate of £14.00 per hour (PAYE) Including weekends
10 scheduled 12-hour shift - paid 11.5
Full training provided.
Regular, structured work throughout the assignment.
