About the role

A great opportunity to work for an international business with responsibility for a head count of 140 people in the UK and oversight of a People Advisor in Europe. The role leads the evolution of the People function into a scalable, efficient, and strategically aligned function, combining strong operational delivery with forward-looking workforce planning, leadership development, and data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of People acts as a key advisor to the senior leadership team ensuring that people strategy, culture, and organisational design support the long-term success of the business. Head of People Benefits and Package: * 09:00 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday) * Free On Site Parking * 24 Days Annual Leave (increase by 1 day per year of service up to additional 4) + Bank Holidays * Birthday Leave * Generous Company Pension Scheme. * Private Healthcare * Life insurance * Cycle to work * Nursery Salary Sacrifice Schemes. * Flexible working Head of People Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: * People Strategy & Organisational Development. * Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery across the employee lifecycle. * Strengthen leadership capability and embed a high-performance, values-led culture. * Manage employee relations effectively while minimising organisational risk and ensuring governance. * Leverage People data, systems, and automation to improve insight and efficiency. * Lead and develop the People team to ensure capability, performance, and sustainability. Head of People Qualities: * CIPD Level 5 / 7 qualified with 5 plus years experience at management level. * Strong strategic skills but with a desire and enthusiasm for retaining a delivery focus along side a People Advisor and People Administrator. * Strong knowledge of UK employment law and People best practice * Experience advising senior stakeholders and ensuring the people strategy aligns with the organisational development and business strategy. * Demonstratable experience of maximising systems to gather insights to underpin decisions and recommendations. * Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery * Experience of multi-entity and international environment highly desirable. * Must be commercially astute ideally with business partnering experience. * Proven experience leading organisational change and workforce planning, talent life-cycle management desirable Thank you for your application however due to the high volume of candidates applying, if you have not heard back from us within 5 days please assume that you have not been successful
