Production Supervisor South Wales (Near Tredegar) | Days Role | £38,000 + Benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing food manufacturing business in South Wales as a Production Supervisor. This is a key position within the manufacturing operation, responsible for leading a designated production area and managing a team of approximately 15 employees. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering production targets while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, health & safety, GMP and operational performance. Working closely with the wider management team, this role offers significant responsibility, visibility and the opportunity to make a real impact within a successful and expanding business. The Role The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the production area, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to customer specifications. Key responsibilities include: Leading, motivating and developing a production team. Delivering production plans and achieving operational KPIs.
