Temporary Sales Administrator Location: Crawley, West Sussex Contract Type: Temporary - Full-Time Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy team in Crawley. This role would suit someone with a solid background in sales administration who can hit the ground running and confidently manage a busy sales function. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from quotation through to invoicing Process and track customer orders accurately Liaise confidently with customers, the sales team, and other departments to resolve queries Maintain and update CRM and sales databases Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management Manage pricing, contracts, and account administration What We're Looking For Previous experience in a sales administration role Confident, hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales databases Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines A strong eye for detail and accuracy in a fast-paced sales environment What We Offer Competitive salary Based in Crawley, with good transport links If you're available immediately for temporary work and have the relevant experience - please apply today!
