Customer Service & Sales Support Advisor Avonmouth | £28,000 – £35,000 Basic DOE | Permanent Are you an experienced Customer Service or Sales Support professional looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Support Advisor to join an established business in Avonmouth. This is a varied role covering customer service, sales administration, order processing and general office support. The Role * Providing excellent customer service to customers, contractors and suppliers * Processing customer orders, quotes and invoices * Handling customer, order and stock queries * Setting up new customer accounts and completing credit checks * Supporting delivery and haulage queries * Managing stock returns and credits * Assisting with accounts receivable, payments and debt chasing * General administration, data entry and document management About You * Minimum 12 months' customer service experience essential * Experience in customer service, sales support or sales administration * Strong communication and organisational skills * Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook * Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and work ethic Experience in any of the following would be advantageous, but is not essential: * Stock control / stock administration * Accounts receivable / credit control * Construction, manufacturing or building products What's on Offer? * £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary DOE * Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm * 4pm finish most Fridays * 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays * Pension scheme * Free parking * Company events * Excellent long-term career opportunity Apply today!
