About the role

Shipping and Export Administrator Location: Clevedon Contract: Ongoing Pay rate: £16.50 per hour PAYE Ensure compliance to shipping and export procedures/regulations Ensure department ships all systems, upgrades and spares on a daily basis Liaise with shippers on a daily basis to ensure they have availability to meet our shipping requirements Support with coordinating the calibration process In collaboration with dispatch keep track of systems in offsite storage so Customers can be notified what products are waiting Flag any cost issues at shipping and chase resolution Will need to be Aviation secure – so will need to be able to provide 5 years of references
