- £55,000 (Pro Rata) + BenefitsStart Date: Mid-AugustAre you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background delivering M&E projects?We're working with a leading construction and building services contractor seeking a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a refurbishment project in St Austell, Cornwall.

This is a 50-week fixed-term contract with an immediate start available in mid-August.This role will suit someone with proven experience managing Mechanical & Electrical packages.

You do not need to come from a mechanical or electrical trade background, but you must have experience delivering M&E works on construction projects.The RoleManage the day-to-day running of the siteCoordinate Mechanical & Electrical subcontractorsEnsure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budgetMonitor quality throughout the project lifecycleChair site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractorsProduce and manage short-term programmesEnsure compliance with Health & Safety legislationCoordinate labour, materials and plantManage site documentation and reportingDrive programme delivery through to successful xwzovoh completionRequirementsPrevious experience as a Site Manager on M&E projectsStrong knowledge of building services installationExperience managing live construction environmentsSMSTSFirst Aid at WorkCSCS CardExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple subcontractorsFull UK Driving LicencePackage£50,000
