Finance Business Partner

Cherry Professional is working with a well-established manufacturing business in the Loughborough area to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a highly commercial, operational-facing role focusing on controlling, performance, and driving efficiencies (rather than statutory reporting). The role Working closely with site and commercial stakeholders, you’ll support decision-making through robust analysis and insight, including: Financial business partnering across operations and commercial teams Reporting, budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis Stock/inventory focus and identifying shopfloor efficiencies Managing risks & opportunities through strong controlling Working with an ERP environment (SAP exposure highly beneficial)What we’re looking for Proven controlling/operational finance experience (non-statutory focus) 5+ years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Strong exposure to inventory/stock and operational performance Confident communicator able to influence non-finance stakeholders SAP working knowledge preferred Qualified / part-qualified / QBEPackage Salary: up to £60,000  Bonus: 6% Hours: 38 per week (earlier finish on Fridays) Location: On-site, 5 days (occasional homeworking by exception) Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays, rising with service + buy/sell option Pension: 5% employer contribution after probation Healthcare & wellbeing benefits after probation + additional perks/events Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
