We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our fast-paced facility.
No previous experience is needed and full training will be given!
Job title: Production Operative
Job type: Temporary - ongoing
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour (+£2.55 shift allowance per hour)
Location: Ashford, TN25 4AQ
Shifts: 10PM -6AM Monday - Thursday and then 7PM -1:30AM on Fridays
Responsibilities:
Handling and monitoring machines daily to ensure that the line is running smoothly, with accuracy and attention to detail and keeping to schedule.
Working on the production line, ensuring high quality from start to finish.
Working as part of a Production Team to directly contribute to the manufacture of world-famous cosmetic products.
Working within our clean and partly automated factory with equipment that is constantly evolving.
Achieve optimum performance of the equipment and the highest quality of product.

Previous experience in a similar role / industry would be highly advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given
Attention to detail is imperative
To be able to thrive as part of a team
Use initiative whilst working
The ability to operate and control equipment (training will be given)
The ability to follow instructions and production schedules precisely
The ability to act quickly if a problem arises
Eligibility to work in the UK, with a good level of English Language comprehension
