FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver – Trafford Park (M17) Location: Trafford Park, M17 Job Type: Full-time | Temp to Perm Pay Rate: £13.27 per hour Shift Pattern Applicants must be flexible to work rotating shifts: * 7:00am – 2:30pm * 2:30pm – 10:00pm Monday to Friday About the Role CareerMakers Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver on behalf of our client based in Trafford Park, M17. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual with warehouse and stock control experience to join a fast-paced and growing operation. Key Responsibilities * Operating FLT Reach and Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently * Managing stock control and inventory accuracy * Supporting warehouse administration duties * Maintaining warehouse organisation and housekeeping standards * Working efficiently to meet operational targets and deadlines * Assisting the wider warehouse team when required Candidate Requirements * Valid FLT Reach Licence and FLT Counterbalance Licence are essential * Previous experience in stock control and warehouse administration is required * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Good attention to detail and ability to multitask * Organised, reliable, and numerate * Previous production or warehouse experience preferred Benefits * On-site parking * Temp-to-perm opportunity * Stable full-time hours If you are interested in this position, please apply with your CV and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch
