Service Design Lead - Hybrid, Wealth Experience

Lloyds Banking Group in Edinburgh seeks a Service Design Lead for a 12-month fixed-term secondment. You will lead an experience design team, own the design of Lloyds Wealth service, collaborate across product, marketing, legal, and engineering, and mentor designers and researchers.

The role blends hands-on design with team leadership in a hybrid working model. You'll apply design thinking, map journeys, create blueprints, and ship high-quality interfaces using Figma, shaping customer experiences
