Sales Support

I am pleased to be representing an industry leading company who are on the lookout for a Sales Support professional to join their growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, depots, transport teams and internal departments, acting as a key point of contact throughout the order process. Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm The benefits for Sales Support: * 20 days + BH and Christmas shut down * Free onsite parking * Opportunity for progression * Employee assistance scheme (after probation) * Profit share scheme The role for Sales Support: * Accurately processing sales orders. * Preparing and issuing professional order confirmations to customers. * Contacting site representatives to pre-qualify deliveries and ensure sites are ready to receive orders. * Providing customers with clear and timely updates regarding deliveries. * Raising invoices and processing card payments. * Liaising with the Mechanical Design team to coordinate bespoke design approvals. * Managing custom livery requirements in conjunction with the Marketing team. * Acting as a key point of contact for customer and purchase enquiries. * Working closely with depot and transport teams to coordinate successful order fulfilment. * Supporting the wider team to maintain an efficient and positive customer experience. The person for Sales Support: * Strong organisational and planning skills, with good attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * The ability to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively. * A collaborative approach to working as part of a team. * The ability to remain calm and effective when working under pressure. * A strong work ethic and positive "can-do" attitude. * The ability to maintain a professional image when dealing with customers and colleagues
