Teaching Assistant – Driver Preferred

Are you a passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role supporting schools across Market Harborough and nearby areas? We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic individuals who can drive and are happy to travel between different school locations when needed.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships with different schools, and making a real impact in education.
The Role:
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Working with small groups and 1:1 pupils
Assisting children with additional learning needs where required
Helping to manage classroom behaviour positively
Covering different school locations across the area
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or within schools preferred
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
Flexible, reliable and confident working in different settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
