About you
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Demonstrable success in winning new business within the training/qualifications sector (B2B).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building ability with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive with a commercially entrepreneurial mindset
- Full driving licence.
Nice to have skills
- Experience selling training services, engineering services, or technical solutions
- Background in technical, engineering, utilities, manufacturing, or electrical sectors
- Knowledge of data centre, energy, or facilities management industries
