Nursery Assistant Roles in Croydon (Unqualified with Experience, Level 2 & Level 3) We are recruiting Nursery Assistants to support a range of Early Years settings across Croydon and the surrounding areas. These positions offer flexible day‑to‑day work as well as full‑time opportunities, with immediate and ongoing start dates available. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high‑quality care and education for children aged 0-5. Applications are welcome from unqualified candidates who have experience working in a nursery or school setting, as well as those holding Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualifications. All applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Nursery Assistants will be expected to support daily routines, assist with learning activities aligned with the EYFS, maintain a safe and engaging environment, and build positive relationships with children, staff, and families. Experience in nurseries, preschools, nannying, or teaching assistant roles is highly valued.
