Edinburgh | Up to £24.00 per hour (CIS or PAYE Umbrella) | Temp to Perm | Company Van Provided
We're recruiting an experienced Joiner to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties across Edinburgh and surrounding areas .
The Role
• General joinery repairs and maintenance • Responsive repairs and works on void properties • Carrying out carpentry and joinery tasks including door repairs, kitchen units, skirting, flooring, and other general joinery works • Using the simPRO job management system • Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
What's on Offer
• Up to £24.00 per hour • CIS or PAYE Umbrella • Temp to Perm opportunity • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm • Overtime paid at Time & a Half • Company van provided • Ongoing, long-term work
Requirements
• Proven joinery experience , ideally within social housing or repairs & maintenance • Full UK driving licence • Relevant joinery/carpentry qualifications preferred • Reliable, professional, and able to xwzovoh work independently • Comfortable using a mobile job management system
