This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling the talent acquisition function across the business, playing a critical part in supporting the organization's continued growth and expansion. The Role As Talent Acquisition Director, you will own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for the organization, leading a team responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across all levels of the business. You will partner closely with senior leadership to align hiring strategy with business growth plans, and will be instrumental in shaping the employer brand and candidate experience across the region.
