Quantity Surveyor

A passionate and employee focused construction consultancy are looking for their next motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol team. The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a multi-disciplinary consultancy, where Quantity Surveying, Project Management, CDM, Architecture and Employers Agent services are offered. The Quantity Surveyors will have an incredible opportunity to work within Commercial, Education, Life Sciences, Residential and public sector schemes on new build and refurbishment projects. Hybrid work is offered.   The Quantity Surveyor's Role   With great support for the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyors will be working across a mixed portfolio projects across the Bristol, Southwest and Wales. The Quantity Surveyors will be producing high quality cost plans, which in turn continue throughout the process into the final accounts. A solid understanding of Pre Con knowledge is expected, with a great enthusiasm for quality work / long lasting relationships. The Consultancy have been operating for over 50 years, and have 5 offices across the UK. They are a sociable, motivated and highly respected organisation.
