We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join an exceptional luxury hospitality destination set within one of the most beautiful countryside estates in England.

The Role As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and service standards across all outlets and events.
You will play a key role in leading and developing the kitchen team while helping to drive creativity, efficiency, and excellence throughout the operation.
Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef in the daily management of the kitchen
Lead the team during service and ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist with menu development using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Monitor food costs and minimise waste
Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs
Assist with private dining, events, and exclusive guest experiences
About You Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef
Experience within quality hotels, fine dining restaurants, private estates, or luxury hospitality environments
Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness xwzovoh to lead by example
Strong understanding of kitchen financials and food cost management
