About the role

Our client is an established MCS-accredited renewable energy company looking to recruit a Mobile Renewables Supervisor to cover the Southwest region with experience in Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installations.

Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.
The role will involve overseeing and managing the full installation process, from initial day-one site surveys and liaising with installers through to final commissioning and customer handovers. You'll play a key role in ensuring installations run smoothly, meet required standards and are completed to a high level of quality.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ASHP installer who is looking to take a step back from being on the tools every day and move into a more supervisory, technical and customer-facing position, while still making use of their hands-on industry knowledge.

System Design & Planning: Complete room-by-room heat loss calculations and design suitable heating systems to meet each property's requirements. Prepare system proposals and quotations to support the sales team, ensuring all project information is accurate and up to date within the CRM system.
MCS Compliance & Quality: Act as the Nominated Technical Supervisor for all regional MCS projects, ensuring subcontracted installations meet MCS standards and Building Regulations, while maintaining high standards of installation quality and workmanship.
Installer Support & Relationships: Provide ongoing technical support to installers by phone and remotely, helping resolve installation queries and troubleshoot problems. Build strong working relationships with installers and act as their main point of contact for technical advice and support.

Plumbing & Heating: Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
Heat Pumps: LCL/BPEC Heat Pump Design & Installation.
Compliance: G3 Unvented Hot Water, WRAS, and a comprehensive knowledge of MCS standards. xwzovoh
