KeyResponsibilities Manageallocatedinstallationprojects,ensuringclearplanningofdates,resources,andrequirements Supportschedulingandmaintainaccurateinternalworkplanners Attendsitesurveysandprojectmeetingsasrequired Monitorprojectcostsandmanagesuppliersandcrews Resolveinstallationissuesandescalatewherenecessary Conductsiteauditsandspotchecks,raisingnon-conformanceswhererequired Supporttraining,upskilling,andperformanceofInstallationteams MaintainHealth&Safetycompliance,includingRAMS KeyRequirements Experiencewithinmechanicaland/orelectricalinstallation Strongpeoplemanagementandleadershipskills KnowledgeofRAMSandHealth&Safetylegislation Experiencemanagingprojects,resources,andschedules Confidentcommunicatorwithcustomer-facingexperience ProficientinMicrosoftOffice Flexible,organised,andabletomanageafluidworkload Thisisafantasticopportunityforahands-oninstallationprofessionalreadytostepintoaleadershipsupportrolewithinagrowingorganisation. xwzovoh
