SEN Teacher Roles (x3 Positions Available)
We are currently seeking three dedicated SEN Teachers to start as soon as possible at one of our partner SEN schools in the Cambridge area. These are full-time, permanent positions, offering an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and specialist setting.
This school specialises in supporting young people aged 5–19 years old with autism, providing a structured and nurturing environment tailored to meet individual needs.
Expectations of the Role:
Provide high-quality education that supports young people to achieve in line with, or close to, their mainstream peers
Be active and prepared for a hands-on role, including spending time on your feet throughout the day
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment where pupils feel encouraged to attend, achieve their goals, and succeed
Deliver outstanding teaching tailored to autism-specific approaches
Demonstrate resilience and confidence when managing challenges and responding to pupils’ needs
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous professional or personal experience working with SEN children – a must
Hold a valid Enhanced Child Only DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – a must
Be able to use their own initiative and be proactive – a must

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
