As a Mental Health Nurse, youll play a vital role in the day-to-day care and wellbeing of residents. Youll work within a skilled multidisciplinary team, ensuring each patient receives compassionate, person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering safe, effective nursing care

• Creating and reviewing personalised care plans

• Administering medications and monitoring progress

• Supporting families and tackling mental health stigma

• Coordinating with doctors, social workers, and external agencies

• Promoting therapeutic engagement through creative activities

Who Were Looking For

• A qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration

• Strong communication, empathy, and decision-making skills
