Working within a state-of-the-art workshop, you'll support the aftersales team by delivering exceptional technical standards across a range of luxury timepieces. Key Responsibilities Carrying out quartz movement replacements. Battery replacements and routine maintenance. Glass and crystal fitting. Crown and pusher replacement. Case and bracelet disassembly and reassembly. Resealing watches and conducting pressure testing. Bracelet repairs, sizing and adjustments. Diagnosing faults and assessing repair requirements. Performing thorough quality control checks on completed work. Maintaining exceptional workshop standards while working efficiently and accurately. Supporting colleagues and interacting confidently with clients, providing a professional and knowledgeable aftersales experience. About You Previous experience as a Watch Technician or in a similar watch repair environment. Confident working with delicate precision components.
