About the role
Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a flagship data centre project in West London, valued around £100m. You will own delivery from construction to handover, directing a multidisciplinary team and coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors to hit schedule, safety and quality targets.
The role requires strong NEC/JCT contract experience, a construction or civil engineering degree, and professional membership.
