About the role

Due to recently expanding our Marketing & Communications department, we are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

About the role

The Marketing and Communications team plays a key role in the delivery of the organisation’s strategy, ensuring our branding, marketing and communications raise the charity’s profile amongst key target audiences and ensuring marketing and communications activity proactively protects the charity’s reputation.

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will support the implementation of the Marketing and Communications Strategy, through the delivery of optimised digital marketing activity, including management of Tő Hafan’s website and email marketing.

The Charity has hybrid working in place, and the post-holder will be required to work on‑site a minimum of 2 days per week.

About you

You’ll be a creative, curious and results‑driven digital marketer who enjoys using insight, testing and innovation to make digital channels work harder. With strong experience in website management, email marketing and digital campaign delivery, you’ll be confident optimising user journeys, improving digital performance and turning data into practical recommendations.

You’ll bring a good understanding of CMS and CRM platforms, digital marketing best practice, accessibility, GDPR and analytics, alongside the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with colleagues and external suppliers.

Just as importantly, you’ll share Tő Hafan’s values — demonstrating compassion, providing excellent service, working together and taking ownership — and be motivated by the opportunity to use your digital skills to help us reach, engage and inspire more supporters and families.
